Mena cottage is a quaint, cozy cottage which has many of its original features.

It is ideal for both families and couples providing the perfect base for easy access to the nearby beaches, walks and cycle trails.

As you enter the comfortable lounge the open beams give the property its original character, with a living flame effect electric fire creating a warm glow for you to relax on the leather sofas after a busy day of fun filled activities. Games are hidden away in the wall cupboard, you can also find the iron and ironing board in the understairs cupboard.

The living room door leads to the stairs directly to your right and through into the galley kitchen which has a washing machine, gas cooker, microwave and fridge freezer. At the rear of the kitchen is the back door which goes up to a raised flagged patio area with views of the nearby church and a garden gate which has access to the village centre. The garden can be used for bbqs and relaxing.

The first floor of the property consists of a double bedroom with an abundance of storage in the form of built in wardrobes. The bathroom consists of a walk in shower, vanity unit, basin and WC.

The second bedroom is accessed through the bathroom and consists of a Single bed.

Hidden away on the 2nd floor is a converted loft room with exposed roof beams accessed by a staircase. This room is suitable as a comfortable lounge area or board games room.

The heating and hot water are supplied by a gas combination boiler to all of the rooms.

The rear garden has a historical right of way to the two additional joined cottages so please be aware that the two owners may need access.
